The idea for FixMyFlightClaim was born from personal frustration. After dealing with a confusing and protracted flight cancellation claim myself—and witnessing a colleague's struggle with lost baggage—I realized the aviation claims process is intentionally designed to deter passengers. This platform exists to level the playing field, making the system fair, transparent, and easy for every traveler.

My aviation career—working closely with aircraft operations—gave me a rare, inside perspective on how the industry truly works. Over the years, one problem became impossible to ignore: passengers are often left overwhelmed by complex procedures, slow responses, and unclear rules when trying to claim what they rightfully deserve.
FixMyFlightClaim was born from that realization. Our goal is to simplify the aviation claims process, protect passenger rights, and deliver clear, end-to-end support so every traveller gets fair and timely compensation.
