I created this website with the hope of helping others who may find themselves in similar situations. The idea first came to me when my own flight was cancelled without prior notice, leaving me to navigate the frustrating process that followed. What motivated me even more was the struggle I faced while trying to claim compensation—especially after seeing how my colleague successfully received theirs when the airline misplaced their luggage.
That experience became the driving force behind this platform, and it sums up the reason why I decided to build it.
About me:
Hi, I’m Suraj Mahendra Ramraj, the Founder & CEO of FixMyFlightClaim.
I work with helicopters, as you can probably tell. I’ve been in this field for quite a few years now, and I’ve seen firsthand how passenger grievances are treated.
All I’m trying to do is make aviation more accessible for everyone — where people can actually see what’s happening around them, and beyond them.
This is just one of the ways I’m starting, and hopefully there will be many more to come.
It’s also my first company, so you can imagine the effort I’m going to put into it.
