Baggage Claim Procedure
This procedure enables passengers to file a formal complaint against the airline in cases of mishandled, lost, or damaged baggage.

Step 2: Upon submission, you will be contacted by our representative via telephone or email to acknowledge the claim and provide updates on the claim's status.

The claimant must remain contactable throughout the process. Multiple one-time passwords (OTPs) and confirmations will be required to validate the claim.

Step 3: Should any modifications or additional information be required, please let the assigned representative know.
Flight Cancellation Claim Procedure
