Upon Acceptance of a claim, the User is obligated to pay a Filing Fee, which is strictly non-refundable. Compensation for a claim, if awarded, will vary depending on the specific circumstances. The Filing Fee remains constant and payable irrespective of claim outcome. Once a claim has been Closed or Processed, the User shall be obligated to pay all applicable charges as specified on the Claim Charges page of this Website. Such payment shall be due immediately upon notification, and failure to make payment may result in suspension of services, additional penalties, or legal action.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Owner shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability shall be strictly limited to the extent permitted by Indian law.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Suraj Mahendra Ramraj (“Owner”) collects, uses, and protects User information.
2. Data Collected

- No payment or financial data is collected at present.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Claim Acceptance
A claim shall be deemed Accepted only when:
1. The Owner has reviewed the submitted claim, and
2. A representative has been formally assigned to handle the follow-up.
2. Cancellation
Once a claim form has been submitted, cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.
3. Filing Timeline
Claims must be submitted within four (4) to five (5) working days of the occurrence of the accident or incident. Claims submitted beyond this period shall be rejected and deemed invalid.
4. Refunds & Non-Refundable Filing Fee
Users are obligated to pay a Filing Fee upon claim acceptance. This Filing Fee, along with any applicable taxes or administrative charges, is strictly non-refundable. Refunds, if any, shall be granted solely at the discretion of the Owner after due verification. In addition, once a claim has been Closed or Processed, the User shall be obligated to pay all applicable charges as specified on the Claim Charges page. Such payments are final, non-refundable, and enforceable irrespective of the outcome of the claim.
